The Driving Logic Support Team runs student support, help center authoring, and the knowledge operations infrastructure behind every Driving Logic course.

What We Help With

Our support team helps students with enrollment, login issues, course access, lesson progress, certificates, completion records, state-specific questions, and account corrections.

Enrollment & Login Help

Support for account access, enrollment questions, password issues, and getting started with the correct course.

Course Progress

Help with lessons, course timers, final exam questions, progress tracking, and device access.

Certificates & Reporting

Support for certificate delivery, completion records, and course reporting workflows where applicable.

How We Work

We are not a generic call center bolted onto someone else’s product. The Support Team works alongside the course, technology, and content teams, shares a single knowledge base, and uses AI-assisted tools to keep answers consistent across hundreds of help center articles.

Continuously Updated

Our help center is updated as courses, student workflows, and state-specific requirements change.

Course-Aware Escalation

When a student question cannot be answered by an article, the escalation goes to someone who understands the course and the student workflow.

How We’re Trained

Every member of the Support Team is trained on Driving Logic course procedures, student account workflows, certificate and completion processes, state-specific course rules, and internal escalation procedures.

We use internal SOPs and course-specific knowledge base articles to keep answers accurate, current, and consistent.

What We Don’t Do

The Support Team does not provide legal advice and does not determine court eligibility for individual students. State and court rules vary, and we use conditional language where appropriate. When a question requires legal interpretation or court-specific guidance, we refer students to the relevant court or state agency.

Editorial Role

The Driving Logic Support Team writes and maintains routine help center articles. Higher-trust content — including course guides, regulatory explainers, eligibility articles, and compliance-sensitive material — is reviewed by Billy Forte, Founder and President.
